Each daily tablet provides 600 mcg of folic acid and 15 mcg (600 IU) of vitamin D, along with iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, B vitamins, and other essential nutrients.
Materna is designed to help support normal early fetal development of the brain and spinal cord. Its nutrient profile also helps support immune function and bone health, while iron helps prevent iron deficiency anemia and may help reduce tiredness and fatigue caused by iron deficiency anemia.
